University Year 1 (Freshman) Digital Literacy Rubric Description This rubric assesses foundational digital literacy skills essential for academic success in a technology-driven learning environment. It evaluates students’ ability to navigate digital tools; critically evaluate online information; and communicate effectively using digital platforms. The criteria align with university expectations for first-year students; ensuring they develop competencies necessary for research; collaboration; and responsible digital citizenship.
