Grade 4 Measurement Rubric Description This rubric is designed to assess students’ understanding and application of measurement concepts in Grade 4. It evaluates key skills such as estimating; measuring; converting; and solving real-world problems involving length; mass; volume; time; and money. The rubric provides clear criteria for performance at four levels: Emerging; Developing; Proficient; and Extending.
