The Grade 12 IB Business Management HL/SL rubric provides a structured framework for assessing student performance across key business concepts and skills. This rubric evaluates students on their understanding of business theories; application of knowledge to real-world scenarios; analytical thinking; and effective communication. It aligns with the IB program’s emphasis on critical thinking; inquiry-based learning; and global perspectives; ensuring students develop a well-rounded understanding of business operations in diverse contexts. The rubric assesses students across four criteria: knowledge and understanding; application and analysis; synthesis and evaluation; and use of business terminology.
