The Grade 11 IB Sports; Exercise & Health Science (SEHS) HL/SL rubric provides a structured framework for assessing student understanding of key concepts in human physiology; biomechanics; psychology; and nutrition as they relate to sports and health. The rubric evaluates students on their ability to apply scientific principles to real-world scenarios; fostering critical thinking and analytical skills.
