Grade 2 Mental Math Rubric Description This rubric is designed to assess and support the development of mental math skills in second-grade students. It evaluates key areas such as number sense; addition and subtraction fluency; problem-solving strategies; and accuracy. By using this rubric; educators can identify student strengths and areas for growth; providing targeted instruction to enhance mathematical confidence and competence.
